Other common problems

My key doesn't work! What do I do?

Your key is generated based off of the value you have set in your Owner Information. If the value you submitted does not match what's actually in your device, your generated key will not work. If this is the case, you can request a key based off of a different Owner name or change your existing Owner name to match the value you submitted.

You can find this value under Owner Information:

Sometimes there's a leading or trailing space around the name. This most commonly needs to be removed for the key to work (if the Owner name matches what you registered with).
