• Dynamic chord generation now saves correctly in EADGBE tuning.

Fixes:

• Favorites Manager now saves a Favorites item rename after editing the tree node directly (this is accomplished by doing a slow double click on a Favorite and then editing the node text).
• Now returns to the previous view if there are no Progressions, you enter Progression View and choose to not make a new Progression. Previously it always went to Chord Plotter View.
• Chords now initially display correctly if in a tuning other than EADGBE. Previously the first chord would be incorrect and each following chord would be correct.
• Smart Cycle now cycles to Scale and Mode correctly. Previously they were juxtaposed.
