All fuel item entries are stored by date.  You can filter by All or by a specific vehicle.

• The date of the fuel purchase.
• The car that the fuel purchase is for.
• The amount of fuel purchased and its respective quantity type (gallons or liters).
• The distance travelled and its respective distance type (miles or kilometers).
• The amount paid for the fuel.
• The type of fuel purchased.  This allows you to decide whether your mileage is affected by fueloline types.
• User-defined fuel stations.
• Whether to add this fuel item to the recorded odometer of the vehicle.
• User-defined payment type.
• User-defined purpose.
• Personal/business purchase type classification, including area to include a client/project code (if applicable).
• Notes specific to the fuel item.

Detailed vehicle entry ability

• Year, make and model of your vehicle.
• Currently odometer value that is optionally updated with each fuel item entry.
• Vehicle Identification Number.
• Tag information, including Plate Number, Tag expiry date/cost, and an optional reminder for tag renewal.
• Unlimited spec information, for things such as oil type, filter types, etc
• Notes specific to the vehicle.

Intelligent Import ability

Do you keep all your mileage data in a spreadsheet and don't want to exert the energy to manually enter it all into Mileage Wizard? No problem! Mileage Wizard now has an intelligent Import Wizard that imports csv (comma-separated values) files. You can quickly and easily create a csv from your current spreadsheet. There's no exact format expected and the Import Wizard detects the imported file's column count, names and allows you to map each of these columns to Mileage Wizard's fuel items!

Archiving

Your data file grows as you add items. To help keep your data manageable, you need another place to store (archive) old items that are still important but not immediately necessary for reference. You also need a way to automatically move or delete those old items. Auto Archive takes care of these processes for you.
