- Added intelligent import from CSV ability. This makes it super easy to load up Car Buddy with fuel entries that you may have tracked in a spreadsheet.

- Added new graph plot type, by "Fuel entry unit cost".
- Fixed discrepency between plotted values and labels on graph.
- Fixed logic around entries that are mixed between quantity types (was showing incorrect statistics).
- Added ability to quickly go between value fields in the fuel entry screen by pressing Enter. For example, if you're on the distance field and press Enter, it'll bypass the distance type combobox and go directly to the next textbox.
